We can produce a variety of ring mechanical properties through heat treatment. With the exception of normalizing, aging and softening annealing rings, a program-controlled process can meet all (special) materials and special time-temperature requirements with the highest accuracy.

  • Sliding line blanking:

Cut the steel ingot to a reasonable size and weight according to the product requirements;

  • Heating (including tempering):

The heating equipment mainly includes single-chamber furnace, pusher furnace and desktop annealing furnace. All heating furnaces use natural gas as fuel. The heating temperature of steel ingots is generally 1150 ℃ ~ 1240 ℃. The heating time is half the heating time of the cold steel ingot, and the heated steel ingot enters the forging process.

  • Forging:

The steel ingot that has been heated to about 1150 ~ 1240 ℃ is taken out of the heating furnace, and then the operating machine is put into the air hammer or electro-hydraulic hammer. According to the size of the steel ingot and the forging ratio, the corresponding pier thickening, drawing and other processes are performed, and the forgings are monitored in real time. Size and forging temperature controlled by infrared thermometer.

  • Inspection:

The preliminary inspection of the forging blank is mainly the inspection of appearance and size. In terms of appearance, it is mainly to check whether there are defects such as cracks. In terms of dimensions, it is necessary to ensure that the remaining amount of the blank is within the requirements of the drawing and make a record.

  • Heat treatment:

A comprehensive process of heating the forging to a predetermined temperature, holding it for a certain period of time, and then cooling it at a predetermined rate to improve the internal structure and performance of the forging. The purpose is to eliminate internal stress, prevent deformation during mechanical processing, and adjust the hardness to facilitate the cutting process. After the heat treatment of the steel ingot, the steel ingot is air-cooled or water-cooled and quenched according to the requirements of the material.

  • Roughing:

After forging is basically formed, it is processed into various forgings of different specifications according to product requirements.

  • Ultrasonic flaw detection:

After the forging has cooled down, the temperature is reduced to about 20 ° C, and ultrasonic flaw detection is performed to meet the national standards Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and other standards and surface defects inspection.

  • Mechanical performance test:

In order to meet customer requirements, the testing of mechanical properties of forgings mainly includes yield, tensile, and impact tests.

  • Final inspection:

Final inspection of the forged product to ensure that the appearance of the forging is flat and free of defects such as cracks, and the size is within the scope of the drawing requirements and records are made.

  • Storage:

After the quality inspection, the finished forgings are put into the finished product warehouse for simple shipment after simple packaging.
