Installation preparation
Bolt selection
As a manufacturer of rotary drives, we do not recommend and supply assembly bolts. If the contact stress of the allowable mounting surface is exceeded, use a suitable high-strength washer. The bolts are only shipped bolts at the factory and are removed during installation.
Tightening torque recommendation
In general, the mounting bolts must be fixed with the correct preload. Broken spring pads, flat pads, etc. are not allowed.
Installation of rotary reducer
Clean the mounting bracket to remove welding slag, galvanized residue, etc.; fix the bracket with the rotary reducer with bolts, and install flat washers and spring washers at the bolt head; the rotary reducer should be installed under no load. To avoid internal stress and installation problems caused by bolt tightening, add thread fastening glue to the thread; pre-tightening bolts and washers should be cross-tightened; see the following figure for tightening bolts; start with inner or outer ring, all bolts Tighten diagonally to 30% tightening torque, then repeat the diagonal tightening to the angle to 30% tightening torque, then repeat the diagonal tightening to the mounting bolts, and do not leak. If the bolt cannot be bolted in the case of structural constraints, the bolt hole must be sealed. If it is filled with silica gel, it will leak water and dust into the rotary reducer. The mounting bolt should take into account the thread engagement length, which should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the rotation. Support rotation or cause interference; after the bolt is tightened, mark the bolt head and its joint with a mark, which is convenient for checking whether the bolt is loose afterwards;
